  • Worked on transcriptions for Library of Congress Veterans History Project
  • Researched and created 1st person 1930 interpretation at Swan House
  • Guided tours and open house format in 1st person
  • Interpretive coach for Swan House
  • Engaged guests through improvisation and interaction with other interpreters
  • Coordinated group tours with other house interpreters
  • Created interpretative documentation for Swan House and Margaret Mitchell House
  • Verified daily the house was in operational state and ready for the public
  • Reported house issues to maintenance as needed
  • Resolved any guest relations issues
  • Handled emergencies in coordination with security staff

Living History Interpreter: Doyon/Aramark Joint Venture, Denali National Park and Preserve, Alaska – May 2013-September 2013

  • Created 1st person living history program
  • Presented program to over 28,000 guests
  • Researched history of Denali to improve quality of presentations as a 1941 park ranger
  • Worked with interpretive staff to fine-tune presentation and overall theme
  • Video of 1st person living history presentation at Savage Cabin
